We were thrilled to welcome the incredibly talented chef Scott Philliskirk of West 10, who took over our stunning SieMatic SLX Kitchen to create a Steak Night with a twist. This wasn’t your typical steak dinner — it was a curated culinary experience.
Our 10 lucky guests were treated to an exclusive tasting menu featuring a variety of exceptional beef dishes, along with a delicious course highlighting the ‘steak of the sea’ – a beautifully prepared tuna dish. Each plate reflected not only Scott’s culinary flair, but also his thoughtful approach to flavour and presentation.
To elevate the experience even further, every dish was expertly paired with wines carefully selected by our friends at Starmore Boss, bringing the whole menu to life in delicious harmony.
It was an evening of intimate dining, exceptional flavours, and expert culinary insights — all set against the backdrop of our stunning showroom.
