This understanding is shared by our partnership with German made SieMatic Kitchens, who from their founding in 1929 have maintained a philosophy of quality in design and manufacture, whilst always striving to meet the ever changing demands of our individual lifestyles.
SieMatic’s origins are a furniture workshop in northern Germany where their beautifully handcrafted kitchen buffet cabinets were first made. Still a family-owned business and run by the third generation Mr Siekmann, the company has grown to gain an international reputation for excellent design, product innovation and superb functionality.
Product diversity has always been key to SieMatic’s success enabling our designers to create exactly what each client wants. So much of this ethos matches ours, so we are proud to present the SieMatic Lifestyle collections - Urban, Pure and Classic.
Urban design: Understands the often hectic nature of urban living; it is flexible and functional and offers unusual contrasts between carefully selected objects. Urban design includes freestanding elements such as the SieMatic 29 kitchen sideboard, a versatile piece of kitchen furniture that gives reference to the original kitchen buffet cabinet built in 1929. Urban design allows for open storage solutions and the display of personal possessions. It is for the customer that likes to spontaneously entertain and socialise in a creative kitchen environment.
Pure design: SieMatic’s philosophy of “timeless elegance” is particularly evident in this theme. Kitchen functionality and minimalist design offer a multitude of options. Characterised by a muted colour palette and often a symmetrical and balanced layout, Pure design integrates the kitchen furniture and the appliances into the architecture of the space harmoniously. Our most recent Pure design styles offer completely handle-free options and introduces ultra-thin worktops and side panels, which frame gloss lacquers and natural wood veneer doors, with new nickel and gold bronze metal finishes.
CLASSIC Design: Presents individual, sensitive designs and extravagant elements with glass and gloss for lightness and transparency, and profiled fronts for a classical aesthetic. SieMatic reinvents Classic design with a fusion of elegant finishes and often a sophisticated mix of door styles creating a unique and luxurious environment. The customer appreciates fine detail and classical references.
