"We have recently had a new kitchen installed by 'My Father's Heart', largely as a result of a recommendation from a friend. Though the whole process took longer than we expected, as a result of factors beyond the control of this first class business, we cannot speak highly enough of 'My Father's Heart' and all the separate tradesmen servicing the business. From the outset, the attention to detail and customer care we experienced at the hands of those with whom we interacted was second to none. They were polite, efficient and extremely attentive and responsive to any queries that we had.
A prime example of the high standard of customer care and attention to detail that is typical of 'My Father's Heart' occurred when, on a visit to check the work in progress, Jonathan (the owner of the business) noticed a minor scratch on the paintwork of the built-in dishwasher which had been made during the installation of the quartz worktop, a scratch which I had escaped my notice. Jonathan immediately called the decorators and asked them to call round at the end of that day to repaint the door of the dishwasher.
We would also like to single out for special praise the young kitchen designer, Sammy, who, in addition to designing the kitchen, project managed its installation and completion. Ours is a small kitchen in which space is at a premium, so the task of creating a design which fulfilled our requirements was no easy task. Sammy delivered the goods with aplomb, in addition to which her project management was extremely efficient. She is a credit to the HE institution at which she studied design: a stunning success story.
We would also highly recommend the cooking demonstration sessions to which customers are invited: highly informative and enjoyable occasions."
