Welcome to the first of our online cookery demonstrations where we will be sharing some of our favourite recipes using no other than the state-of-the-art appliances all within our beautiful showroom.

Our first recipe is for Thai fish curry: it is easy, healthy and tasty – and quick too!
Serves 4
Ingredients
600g vegetable of choice (we used pepper, baby sweet corn, green beans, broccoli, coriander, lime)
2tsp sunflower oil
600g white fish fillets (I used cod)
2tbsp Thai curry paste
1 can coconut milk
Method
Warm plates using the Siemens compact microwave, multifunctional oven with plate warming function.
Toss vegetables in oil and 1tbsp of Thai curry paste, spread on universal tray.
Cook on circulated air grilling 190C low level steam for 15 mins.
Add 1/2 cup of coconut milk, stir & add fish fillets, brush with Thai curry paste. Cook for a further 15 mins.
