Meet Su Sutton our Showroom Manager

If you visit us in the showroom, then it’s highly likely that you will be greeted by our lovely Showroom Manager Su Sutton. Su joined our team as part of our major expansion in 2015.

Su started her career as a kitchen designer and then joined a Sheffield architects firm before moving to London to work for a top interior designer and advertising agency.

She has a wealth of talent and industry experience and her skills and approach match the quality and attention to detail of the craftsmanship at fathers heart.

Hi Su, how long have you been working for My Fathers Heart?

I joined the team in June 2015 just before we moved into our fabulous state of the art state-of-the-art showroom and workshop.

What one word would your colleagues use to describe you?

Approachable

What does your job role entail?

I am responsible for ensuring that every person who visits the showroom is cared for and has the best possible experience with My Fathers Heart. I also take care of payroll, paying bills, housekeeping and many other day-to-day tasks.

What’s the best thing about your job?

Interacting with customers is easily my favourite part of the job. I love answering their questions and helping them on their journey with us.

What you would you say makes My Fathers Heart stand out from its competitors?

It has to be our quality, design and service. Our clients want the best and that’s what they get by choosing us.

What do you get up to when you aren’t at work?

I enjoy going to the gym, running/walking, cooking, gardening and visiting my children.
