Over the years, Jonathan has built the business with a team who share the same passion and drive for perfection and can create personal and captivating designs.
It goes back to 1982 when I bought my first house which was a renovation project. I loved the process, designing and making, and the sense of satisfaction when seeing the finished result.
I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, project managing and customer care.
It all started in 1995 when I decided to make a life change and turn my passion into a career. I completed City and Guilds training in furniture making and became the first student on the course to sell an exam piece at the end of year show. I started the business with just £500 and a mission to produce exquisite, handmade furniture and kitchens.
Knowledgeable, calming, patient
I am currently renovating a neglected property so that keeps me busy at weekends. I also enjoy looking after the grandchildren (including Nathan who many of you may recognise from #NathanReckons on our social media channels) and going on long country walks with my wife Ruth and our friends.
It’s difficult to identify a particular favourite project as there have been so many fantastic jobs over the years. The projects I do enjoy the most are those with customers who have a passion for design.
We have passion and drive for perfection in our work and in our service which sets us above the rest.
