When you make these fabulous chocolate brownies nobody will guess they are gluten free.
Moist and delicious, they are perfect served warm with ice cream, cream or even hot chocolate sauce if you’re feeling really indulgent.
For this recipe, we used our Siemens compact combination oven.
Serves 8
Ingredients
225g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids)
225g unsalted butter
2tsp vanilla essence
200g caster sugar
3 lrg eggs beaten
150g ground almonds
100g chopped walnuts
Method
Preheat the Siemens compact combination oven 150 degrees C. Melt the chocolate and butter on a low setting (3-4) on the Siemens induction cooktop, gently until melted.
Remove the pan from the heat and mix in the vanilla and sugar, let it cool.
Beat in the eggs, ground almonds and walnuts and turn into a 9” 24ch square cake tin.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, the top should be set but gooey inside. Cool and cut into 16 squares.
