The 13 pupils, rolled up their sleeves and learned how to joint a chicken, made tomato roses and swan apples, cooked fishcakes, and even took part in a teacake competition.
There was also a workshop delivered by Leslie Buddington, Head Chef at
Brocco on the Park that covered working in a professional kitchen.
